Coaching Neurodiversity (Virtual Event)
This CPD session for coaches will focus on understanding what is meant by Neurodiversity, why it is important to know about it and provide some coaching approaches to take with neurodivergent coachees.
A highly practical and engaging session delivered by Jo Desborough of Unblocked Thinking, it will provoke thought and understanding as well as the practical application of strategies and methods to maximise the abilities of your coachees.
As we know coaching can help individuals rediscover the value of their authentic character and how to harness it. The most dedicated coachee can achieve an incredible amount, but as a coach (within an organisation) are you coaching in the hope they will change or are you doing so in the hope of growth for all?
Facilitator
The facilitator for the session is Jo Desborough from Unblocked Thinking. Jo’s practice is informed by extensive training, with a particular focus on inclusive practices, advocacy, and the diverse lived experiences of autistic individuals.
